All files are backed up daily in multiple locations on and off site to multiple Macintosh Time Capsules and hard drives. This allows Attorney Day to protect client files in case of a disaster. If Attorney Day's office were destroyed due to, for example, fire, he could be up and running in a remote location in a matter of minutes.
