The Court (Tierney, J.) ruled on a post judgment motion for contempt and modified the separation agreement of the parties such that the parties would be prevented from publishing memoirs, interviews, essays or descriptions depicting the other in an untruthful or derogatory manner. Should a material violation or breach occur, the offending party may be ordered to make a public apology and sanctioned by making a payment of $25,000 or 1/100 of the offending party’s net worth, whichever amount is less.
